A decade ago, newspaper advertising was the most powerful way for Realtors to advertise and promote a home for sale. Today, home buyers shop on the Internet, where they can easily find full-color digital photos, virtual tours, floor plans, detailed property information, and much more!

Yet, newspaper advertising still plays an important role in the marketing and promotion of your home. We advertise our real estate listings a minimum of two weekends per month. We usually place our homes in the Daily Record or Star Ledger. Both of these publications have large readerships and feature web sites, were your home will be displayed as well. Of course, when we conduct an open house, we always advertise your home in the newspapers.

Diane Fox is responsible for writing and placing all of our newspaper ads. Using our call capture system, we track the effectiveness of these ads and make adjustments as necessary to maximize our response rate.
