Finally, we prepare a "net sheet" to estimate your total expenses and net proceeds at closing. You set the asking price.

Once your home is listed, we continuously collect showing feedback and monitor the property value and market for your home. We notify you when similar homes reduce their asking price, go under contract, or sell. Plus, we review your asking price often and recommend adjustments as required to achieve your goals.
